We meet at 1 PM on the third Monday of the month, September through November
and January through May, in the Mt. Lebanon Library. You're welcome to join us in Conference Room B. All
meetings are free and open to the public.

Program Dates
- September 15: 2008 Season Opener Mrs. Shirley M. Iscrupe, Archivist from the PA Room at the Ligonier Valley Library, presented extensive material on locating homesites, land research and clues on how your family lived....(See Page 2)
- October 20: "Finding Wills and Inventories" Don Rinald reviewed research techniques for the Allegheny City-County Bldg. and the Rockingham County (VA) courthouse.
- November 17: James Stuber "Self Publishing Your Genealogy" Also the video "Writing Your Family History" will be shown.
- December: No meeting scheduled for the Holidays.
- January 19, 2009: Mrs. Marilyn C. Holt, Head of the Dept. PA Room at the Carnegie Library (Oakland) and an awesome speaker "Breaking Through Stone Walls" including the
problems at 1800 and 1600.
- February 16, 2009: Workshop for all attendees and helpful websites.
- March 16, 2009: Homer James will describe his new interactive website and how you can use it to improve your Family History.
- April 20, 2009: James Stuber "Researching Your Ancesters in Germany by Visiting Archives" He will also give some resources in the U. K.
- May 18, 2009: Summer research plans and "Popcorn Tips" by attendees.
